We are a group of like minded individuals who enjoy all maner of gaming, be it tabletop wargames, role play, card games or board games. If there is a game that you love, or maybe one you've always wanted to try chances are you'll find someone here willing to join in.

The current most popular game is Warhammer 40K, so most of us will have an army with us each week. If you are coming along for the first time and you have an army, this will give you the most potential opponents.

How much will it cost me?

Now this is the important part. We are all concerned about the cost of anything now-a-days, and playing toy soliders can be low on our list of necessities (but maybe higher on our list of wishes) so you need to know how much it will cost you to play right?

Well good news first, your first session is free......Thats right it wont cost you a penny the first time you take your tentative steps into the Strike Force.

Once you have realised that you enjoyed yourself and you want to come again (which you will) there are 2 charges.

The first is an annual membership fee of £5 and the second is an attendance fee of just £2. Once you have paid your joining fee, you only have to pay when you play.

Southampton Strike Force is a non profit organisation. Most of the attendance fee covers our costs for using the venue with anything left over being added to the pot with the annual fee. We then put this money back into the club in the form of new boards, new scenery and new games, meaning that you continue to enjoy your experiences here.

In addition we provide tea and coffee on gaming club nights, with members taking turns in providing the supplies, and someone will usually provide a "sugar fix" each night we play.
